Our returns policy may vary depending upon the product(s) purchased. Many of our products are dropshipped from our suppliers to save on overall cost and keep prices lower for you. Therefore, some companies do have varying return policies. For example, some have a 15 day return policy and others extend out much longer. Products shipped by us at HoopsU.com have a 60-day return policy
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Credit will be issued to your original form of payment for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges. In the event the item has been received damaged, defective out of the box or the incorrect item was shipped, shipping charges will be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping & Handling
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. You may notice, however, that most products are not available for purchase outside of the Lower 48 US states. If you are purchasing from AK, HI, AFO, FPO, or Internationally, please contact us. In all probability we will be able to complete your order. Because we have several different suppliers, shipping costs vary and cannot be set up with a 'one-size fits all' option. We'll simply have to quote you the price with the shipping and handling charge and than we can accept payment via Paypal, credit card, etc. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
The following table lists the most common shipping costs. Some products may cost more to ship, some will cost less to ship, and some will ship for free ... all depending on various factors. These factors include, but are not limited to: product weight, package size, and shipping distance. Many of our products are also shipped directly from our suppliers which helps reduce the overall product cost. These suppliers sometimes charge a different shipping rate and that will be calculated into the total cost.

To Alaska, Hawaii, AFO, FPO, Canada: Shipments to these destinations will add to the table above. If you would like to purchase something, please contact us.
Worldwide: Shipping cost varies by country/region. We will ship to most countries but currently, you are unable to make a purchase to a non-USA address. If you are an international customer and would like to make a purchase, we will need to quote you on shipping costs before a purchase is made. All products shipped internationally are shipped via UPS or USPS within 1-2 business days of the order being received. Please allow 5-14 days due to customs for your product(s) to arrive.
