Drills for using the KBA Big Ball are included with each ball. These drills will cover the fundamental aspects of shooting, ball handling, passing, catching, and rebounding.

The KBA Big Ball is 2 inches in diameter larger than the regulation ball size. For the men's size, the circumference is 36" compared to the regulation 30". For the women's size, the circumference is 33.5" compared to the regulation 28.5" size.
